Finley and Sons Builders recently transformed a sunroom that needed to be replaced into an all-season room with heat for a homeowner in Aurora. This renovation provided the homeowner with a comfortable and versatile living space that can be enjoyed throughout the year, regardless of the weather. The new addition added a total of 137 square feet to the home’s living space. In addition to the new all-season room, a covered deck and patio were also created as part of the project. The covered deck area measures 4 feet by 10 feet, and the covered patio measures 18 feet by 10 feet. The added square footage and covered outdoor areas are valuable features that enhance the overall functionality and appeal of the home.
